Responsible Gambling
VegasHero Casino and this review site are committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a way to generate income or escape personal problems. If gambling stops being fun, it is time to take action.
Know Your Limits
Before you play, set clear personal limits on time and money. VegasHero provides built-in tools to help players stay in control:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you deposit
- Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a set period
- Reality checks — pop-up messages showing your session duration and net gains or losses
- Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account at any time
- Cool-off periods — take a short break from gambling without full account closure
To activate any of these tools, log into your VegasHero account and navigate to the Responsible Gambling section of your profile settings.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
It is important to recognise when gambling behaviour becomes problematic. Warning signs include:
- Spending more time or money on gambling than you intended
- Chasing losses by continuing to gamble after losing
- Neglecting work, family or personal responsibilities due to gambling
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed when not gambling
- Hiding gambling activity from friends and family
If you identify with any of the above, please reach out to a support organisation immediately.
